Amos Lee
Friday night Chris and I went to see Amos Lee perform at the Walton Art Center. The crazy thing is that the night before, as Chris was flying back from a New Jersey business trip, he saw Amos Lee (and company) at the airport - later to find out that they were on the same flight to Arkansas together. (My only claim to fame is that I was on the phone with Chris when he told Amos that he and "his wife loved his music"...oh, yeah, I am so cool)
Even though Amos (I am going to refer to him only by his first name since he and Chris are tight now) didn't mention the "preppy guy he met from Arkansas in the NJ airport" while on stage, we still thoroughly enjoyed his show. His voice was beautiful. Perfection. The muy talented band looked like they genuinely enjoyed playing together and that gigs weren't a full time job to them yet. It was a wonderful experience. I think I may have fallen in love with another band yet again. I am going to be in trouble come Austin City Limits Music Festival....

wow, Cat, you're famous now!!! you are the wife of a guy who spoke to Amos Lee!
I want your autograph!! ;)
This guy look like Prince (or the Artist Formally Known As Prince) to anyone else?

He's so far from looking like Prince, the Artist formally known as Prince, but now he's Prince again, it's not even funny. No makeup...no hair gel...no painted on pants...no scantily clad women in the background... Come on, Steve. :)
I'd say that Amos Lee is a granola Prince but he does look like him. Sorry to agree with Steve.
Chris
Traitor.

I'm going to totally risk our friendship here....I have no idea who Amos Lee is?!

hehe...someone who (vaguely) looks like Prince! Evidently, he sings too...sans scantily clad background women.
Amos Lee was so amazing. I mean, I thought he was going to be good but he really flew past my expectations! :D
And... I don't think he looks like Prince...
Finally, a voice of reason. Thank you, Terra. I KNEW you were very wise. :)
